Ingredients;
For marination;
Fish (sea bass) 500g
turmeric 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
lemon half( juice )
Ingredients grinding;
coconut 1/2 cup(grated)
shallots 8
fennel 1tbsp
cumin 1tsp
pepper 1tsp
water required
For curry;
gingelly / sesame oil 3tbsp
mustard 1tsp
fenugreek 1/4 tsp
curry leaves handful
shallots 20 ( chopped)
garlic cloves 4 (chopped)
green chillies 3
tomatoes 2chopped
tamarind 1large lemon size
turmeric 1tsp
red chilli powder 2tbsp
coriander powder 3tbsp
salt 1tsp
curry leaves to garnish
