People taking peruvian cocaine report the high to be more like an euphoric feel that calms them and makes them think deeper, boosts their creativity. Peru grows a large amount of this variety (Bolivia supposedly grows mainly this variety) - both countries produce better quality paste and cocaine than Colombia.
