It's not sponsored, it's affiliations, after you sign up and start getting charged for the subscription he'll get the percentage. I agree with you that the title should be more appropriate and the affiliation should be very transparent up front but that's up to him.
I am a bit confused. Didn't you say that you should not include your primary keyword (that you used in the title) in the description? But in the case study, you incorporated the primary keyword "Free Stock Footage" in the description though?
