Great video and now I want to do the food tour!! We will be there this month so I need to talk my picky eater husband into doing the tour. I had to look up what a corn mushroom is. THAT will not be shared with my husband or he will never do the tour. LOL!
Well i can truly say that this was an incredible tour. It is so fun and informative, the quesadilla was super yum!

How far is the fruit market from Hilton Playa del Carmen? Or which street/road if you can remember. Please and thank you!
The fruit Market is at the 25th Av and 2nd st, just a few streets away from your hotel, it is a walking distance, so it's around 10 minutes away.
I'd be careful w the aguas or homemade beverages from street vendors. Not saying it will happen, but it may not sit well with foreign stomachs.
I'm going to playa del carmen next month! After all my research, they say do not drink water or ice unless its bottled. Did you make sure of all the aguas and water based products or just wing it? lol
Jawad Kamal the locals can't drink the water either unless its purified. Most restaurants have purified water and ice. We trusted our guide Dani would keep us safe on this tour. It's his lively hood hes not going to let you get sick.

If you go to that resorts, don’t buy food there, como it and try real Mexico! You also help Mexican population and not international resorts

It is where usually you meet a tour guide - the locals know that US people know their MacDonalds and usually the starting place is by one... We booked a tour of denotes in Merida and we met the guide at a macDonalds...
