Sarr played well but from the TV angle the goal was off side. Its hard to judge the fitness levels of both sides and the conditions they played in. It looks very hot. Some very sloppy play in defence by Arsenal.

Arsenal picked up a win. But it wasn't a convincing win.
Games like this are important for the top European teams as they return to form. Gives them a chance to realize the skill and coordination deficits that have opened up during the offseason. And to realize there's a decreasing margin of talent between themselves and their across-the-pond counterparts.
WS was the better team, much better. As an Arsenal fan I feel disappointed and even worse afraid Jonas will lead the team ti another fruitless year. It is still a mystery to me how he was renewed for another 3 years.
To be fair, for Arsenal this was a pre season game, where they really rotated players, who are probably still making their way towards being match fit. WS are in the middle of their season.

I completely agree. The game didnt end 4-2 in favor of the WS because of lack of precision of the local club, especially of Sarr. Arsenal 's defense was a disaster always coming in late, no creativity in playmaking, the second gk was an embarrassement , you couldnt perceive any tactical plan....as an Arsenal fan I felt a bit embarrassed. A typical Jonas' flop.

@@MASTER.SON. It's pre season lad! Relax. Kathrine Møller Kühl, Michelle Agyemang, Freya Godfrey, Katie Reid, Naomi Williams, Laura Wienroither & Frida Maanum. Won't be starting many games this season. Victoria Pelova will be a big miss though. Little & Pelova were Arsenal's best players last season. If Kim Little gets injured it'll be a problem for Arsenal. A big one.
