Tip for Spencer: To you stop your player from getting tired as easily as he has been, don't sprint everywhere! What I mean by that is by , when you don't have the ball and you are just re-positioning your self , don't sprint! So basically only spring when you need to!
Spencer when your playing hold RB it keeps you in position and gets you in good goalscoring positions and it increases your match rating and keep your stamina
To get your team-mates to shoot earlier than they will, press B and it will trigger them to shoot no matter where in the oppositions half. If you wish to restart I would suggest a CAM as you have said in your previous episode you'd prefer being a playmaker. CAM's get the stat boosts and without the 5+ Stat boost you could get to 86 rated which is bloody terrific :)
Quick tip spencer, when you go to a different club, if you don't want to be upfront on your own etc look at the teams formation (it should show it somewhere I can't remember where) they usually play the same formation every game
You seem to like to set up goals more than scoring goals yourself, so I suggest moving your position to a CAM if possible. If you can't do it regularly, there is a thing in the catalog where you can edit your player, so you might be able to do it there.
