I have managed to value all but one of the CDs: ABBA International - £10 Greatest Hits Volume 2 - £30 The Visitors - £80, plus an additional £60 as it is signed (it would usually be about £100 extra for the signature but because it is personalised it loses its mainstream value!) so around £140 - £150 Mas Oro - £15 Forever Gold - £40 Sound & Media Cd + Book - £10 The Singles - I couldn't find the edition you have (without barcode), so you may have a real gem there! However, I have calculated inflation from the £30 that you originally paid for it; £30 then equates to around £80 now! 30th Anniversary Japan Box - £200 Todo ABBA - £10 Collectively, the CDs are worth approximately £550, so not too bad :)

I have the same magazine that you showed a good friend of mine in Toronto sent it to me. I also have the CD book and the shaped picture disc thank you for the music .actually that was Abba's last single they released it after the day before you came.it was never a single before but everyone thinks the day before you came was the last song. I have no idea how much this stuff is worth. You must have one of the biggest Abba collections ever. I have the complete singles 45 box set which includes a picture disc of Waterloo in German and French. I believe. All the singles have the original 45 covers. When I bought this when it came out it was around $100 so I have no idea how much it's worth now 2,3,400$. I have no idea. I remember seeing a video of yours showing don't shut me down on red 45 vinyl which I so would like to get but I know it wasn't released commercially and you had the 12 inch a remixes by keep an eye on Dan. Is there any way these will ever get released to the public? Keep up the good work I know you have a fan back here in New York state❤😊
I think it's cute that you call your dog Frida. I also have The Visitors original CD but I'm not sure offhand what colour it is. I saw it recently and noted that the price was £11.99 which was a fair amount of money then (and a lot of money for the younger me at the time). I'll look it out tomorrow. I've also got Mas Oros as well as the booklet with the CD but like you I can't remember where it came from. An interesting discussion for sure.
Hi Deigo! I put together the discography for the magazine. There are a few items not included for space constraints and there are a couple of errors, but the list is purely UK and that includes many of the items released internationally post 1992. Your silver/blue Polydor CDs are probably not worth much more than a tenner as they were so numerous being pressed until 1991ish. yours possibly a bit more due to no barcodes. However if they were the blue CDs or the Polydor equivalent Red CDs, they’d be well into the three figures. Japanese box set, maybe up to £400. The TYFTM pic disc, around £100 in perfect condition. More Gold LP isn’t quite worth the £100 as listed, but certainly at least £50. Happy new year!

I have CD blue labels of Shine, Wrap Your Arms Around me, plus Arrival, The Album & Voulez-Vous also on the blue printed CD. When you refer to Polydor red, do you mean the label is all red (like the blue printed ones but in red) or silver but with red Polydor emblem, as I have all the other albums on Polydor.

I enjoyed that very much .Our Price records on St Peters Street , St Albans had a record stall directly outside it in the early 90's where there were loads of copies of the Unicef L.P featuring ABBA , which were all still sealed in plastic wrapping . Are you by any chance the fan from St.Albans who purchased every copy of When You Walk In The Room from the Virgin Megastore in Watford ? The guy used to be member of the fan forum before it was banished suddenly .

The Japanese box set of cds goes for about 350€ to 450€ on ebay. Abba - the Singles and other Polar CDs releases go for about 20 - 50€. The polydor red label Cds of The Visitors, Super Trouper and ABBA The Singles will set you back 150-250€.

I have a copy of POLAR STUDIOS UR ARKIVET 1978-1998. Anyone have that? Apparently only 1000 of this CD were pressed to celebrate 20 years of the Polar Studios. In Feb 2001 I visited Polar and was hanging outside the door wondering whether to press the little doorbell and a lady invited me in.... And gave me the CD

The deteriorating foam in your “The Singles the first ten years” CD-box needs to be removed asap as it will stick to the CD’s. It eats away the top layer of the disc which is irreparable once damaged.

Discogs is good for source fir value quoting a high, medium and low value. They also have all the different versions. If there’s no barcode you can add the catalogue number. I have all the same cds. The visitors is POLCD 342 and has a price range of £50 to £235, meaning one has sold for the lower and also the higher. There are some currently on sale for £79. International is also on

I dug out my copy of the CD of The VIsitors. It's light blue with darker blue text (the one you described) and made in West Germany.

Aha! I have the Agnetha and Frida solo albums on Polar CD with the blue “painted” CD labels. Maybe they are rare?
