You need to play a full game to set up unless you have gear already and schematics. You should also have a few kill streaks for the escort misson. Dogs are amazing in there, and the rgl will save your ass. Splash damage that knocks zombies down helps big time. If you have the raw crystal and epic tool, you can build what you need quickly, I'd advice running the medium zone for the whole game. That will give you most perks and kills streaks for free. If you guys want , request me, I'll run it with you. Most importantly, RUN , do not fight, zombies are a distraction outside of a contract. Fists out , and if you have aether blades your golden. We can start the game raw if you want. Most guys play a few build up games first, but honestly we don't need to. I've done all of it so many times it's easy now. My biggest mistake at first was being worried about the zombie, now I just run as fast as I can. It isn't hard, but uts nerve wrecking at first. richiquick79 activison and playstation id. Same boat. I’ve completed every act mission solo (except for bad signal and red worm. It was too intense) i’ve gotten comfortable in the red zone. Not much luck with good rewards. I really want to do dark aether contracts but cant find decent ppl to play. Im only missing 5 schematics and cant get them for the life of me.

I swear every other RUclipsr has ‘Easy Guides’ but you need all the loot that you get from the Dark Aether to do the Dark Aether. We’ve tried this twice as a duo and got our asses kicked! I never played Al Mazrah so don’t know the layout. Would love a map guide.

I don't know man. Only thing I can tell is you gonna run through it non-stop, or they overwhelm you. Maybe the fact I don't engage unless I have to leaves the impression that there's fewer of them...
main things are slugs ammo and high capacity barrel. The rest is really up to you (I go for higher movement speed and ADS). Also, the Reclaimer shotgun is even more powerful than Lockwood (it was released much later), so you may want to try that instead, also with slugs and increased ammo capacity.
I have done the easter egg, killed the mega, got the sigil and gone into the first dark aether. But now when I go to the portal it wont spawn in, it just has all the pedestals again. Even though I have several sigils. When I went in I only completed the extractors and outlast, do I need to complete all 3 in order to gain permanent access? I have already completed the elder with a buddy but it wont let me access the portal even though I did everything. I just want to go into this one because it has better acquisitions than the second dark aether.
Dunno mate, this is highly unusual. It seems you may have to redo it unfortunately, as it seems it didn't register for you for some reason. Just as a sanity check: does your Bad Signal (Act 4) mission show as complete? And are you coming to the correct portal location (on a small island south of red zone)?
Yeah I completed everything, I figured it out apparently the game has a bug right now where the portal doesn’t appear but you can walk around where it is and still place a sigil when the prompt comes up to place. Buggy ass game
@@RecoSZNI literally made the same post on Reddit bc we completed the camera dog collar etc the other day and no A for us to go into just the pedestals. But it’s there. There’s a glitch with the update. Walk up with a sigil and make sure your not on elder sigil side of where the A arch used to be. It’s still there it’s just invisible!
I'm really just tryna grind some legendary/ pap 3 crystals or epic pap 2 crystals so I can do the s1 dark aether, and finish with I think season 2 aether
I just died playing in the dark aether cos I didn't know how to extract out cos I didn't find the extraction zone 17:13 All my team members were out and I was the last one there. Didn't help that we didn't speak the same language 😔😂 I had some many loots 😢
Rule #1. Never bring in a random. I just learned why😂😂. If you die what happens? Do i have to do the worm process over again?? If it helps i had tombstone an bleed out..
No, you don't have to repeat the whole unlock :) sigils now drop as a reward for contacts in red. Your tombstone will be in the monastery on the main map
@@Quadro40k good to know. You don't have to redo everything again. Sucks you don't get anything back from tombstone instead of the 9000 I had... If you need help with Mimic skulls. I found out if you play hordepoint and don't get a single kill or pick up any skulls it still counts as a team thing(but I think they count as 1 or 2 not sure). If you manage to get the Mimic kill they are worth around 3 skulls.. Tips to kill Mimics. Using dragonfire ammo damages them alot. However using a dual melee/fast swinging melee does kill them pretty fast as I noticed. Another thing I found out is if you lay down the Mimic can't hurt or touch you. I went from 10 skulls to 153 just by messing around in horde point. Hope this helps you/everyone 😊 my class I used .. primary: haymaker 20round mag dragon fire ammo. Secondary: dual katanas. I also tried explosive ammo slug. Does slightly more damage or same as dragon fire..
It's very easy to get cornered there and burn through any number of self revives in no time. The key is to avoid fighting as much as possible since enemies never stop spawning. But don't worry, going into DA solo for the first time ends with death for most players.
@@Quadro40k Anyhow run , nervous and running out of ammo are my failure , don't know why , watch your video many time and i still do mistake , maybe i need more DA experience in order to succeed . As for going with squad , it not easy as this game is not new , many player already unlock everything and sometime it hard to find a player in red zone too , many time i only find player in Tier 2 zone . I bought this game on launch time but only focus on multiplayer , zombies only recently , regret not playing zombies on start .

I successfully completed the first two contract and got a elder sigil on the second attempt , as for the acv part , i nearly succeed as i use the wonderful weapon and kazimirs on the zombies , during the process i use one self revive as dog die during the rocket contract . also the golden armor really help alot .
Just got forced into dark aether.. didn't know shit about it had alot of items and essence and then left by myself and got killed before I could get out of it didn't know the way out full stop. Pissed at the moment wasting items and time all I got was afew calling cards or some shit. I hate losing after feeling like I'm getting somewhere because people forced the dark aether and I didn't understand the vote thing?? Urgh. Lost 70k+ essence and various gold / purple gear etc.

Tier 4 dark aether is not that hard. Its the Elder where you basically need golden plates and such! You can do it without but you’ll need a squad.

What's the modifications of the shotgun your using? I may try the Aether with that gun.

Went to the dark Arther for the first time after joining a squad because I went down twice in zone 3.

@tbenitz2356 easier is a relative term. Problem with rgl here is it doesn't one shot the zombies. But give it a try, it still works pretty well

Triangles and obelisks are a great way to hoard tools and crystals.

First time went in with 2 gun , a smg and a rgl , 3 self revive and 2 kazimir die in the end on the rocket contract , maybe it my skill issue .

Quadro has tons of videos inside the Dark ether, go over some of them and you’ll be good to go.
