Does GHL have Full autoattendant features? We're currently on GoToConnect (Formerly Jive) and would love to use call recording, but it sounds like from your description that once the call is forwarded to a cell phone, if its picked up GHL steps out of the middle and won't record the call... sounds like that precludes me from forwarding a GHL phone number to a phone number on my VOIP Virtual PBX & AutoAttendant system. What you described is incredibly basic functionality. Are there more advanced features like a drag and drop dial plan editor?
@@HLGuy was trying to figure out if I could directly provision my VOIP handsets there, but it sounds like I can't... I have to give each handset a phone number, in order for the GHL system to forward calls, etc.. Not sure what I want to do at this point in terms of trying to uniify my face to the world from the telephone world. Thanks for your video & your response
@@CopeBUILT In Gotoconnect you use extensions for people but in GHL you will have to use a separate phone number for each user. That way when someone calls your main, default, number they can be sent to another users phone to be answered.
I have missed call text back configured and get an alert on a missed call. However if additional communication happens on the thread Lead Connector will not alert me. Is there a way for lead connector to alert me?
If you have the mobile app installed you will get a LC notification on the mobile app because it will be a new conversation for that con tact. Also you could setup a workflow triggered by missed call and then have any number of actions or communications happen afterwards. Hope this helps.

@@keithturgeon5020 Yes it does. Every communications sent to or from a contact shows as another message and gives you another notification on your phone. If you have the sound on you will get ding for notification.
Hey Ray. Questions: Phone number to purchase for each sub account of my potential future clients. I building a GHL account and onboard my first client a Chiropractor in Italy. Inside GHL "add phone number", dropdown menu, there are 35 countries, and 5 those countries including Italy, don't work, don't give phone numbers. I heard the solutions is Twilio, it looks like, an Italian number costs $30/per month. Do you think is a good solution and it works? What about... SmS sent/received, voice drops, calls, estimate/overall expenses spent for a small local business is? What about... emails, how much the overall expenses spent would be per month? Also... Mailgun or LC mail? Is LC mail cheaper? Should I set up Mailgun or keep LC email?
Depending on your country costs for services may be different. Twilio is the phone and SMS provider so you can check with them regarding your country cost. What ever the cost for the services you can just pass that along to your client for services plus any additional markup for those services if you have that setup. Good luck to you.
If I understand your question I say yes. You must have a phone number within GHL to send SMS messages. It does not work through your personal phone number. You can forward the GHL number to your cell if you like and when you use the LC mobile app you can receive and make calls using the GHL phone number.

What happens when you miss inbound calls to your office? Those leads can be followed up with automatically with lc phone system.

You would need to setup a phone number in the account. Once that is done you can use the mobile app to make calls.
