Well, Liyue’s Qixing consists of seven people. Ninguang is only one of them.
ningguang doesnt really manage nor do the qixing. while they are 7, they are technically just big rich people, and since they are the richest they can indirectly control everything.
so with or without them liyue wont really change, the richest will take place
More like Ganyu. She's been carrying the city's entire workload for the past 3000 years.
@@lastfullast8819 I mean isnt Ningguang the highest ranking one since she is the Tianquan, which basically makes her the governor or Liyue since she establishes most the rules then Yanfei interprets them, and Keqing enforces them.
@@konata736 The Qixing don't have rankings, they just manage different sectors of Liyue. Ningguang is in charge of writing and enforcing laws, Keqing is in charge of construction, livelihood, and similar projects.
Incidentally, if the Qixing actually were ranked according to their titles, Ningguang would be number 4, Keqing number 5, and the leader, funny enough, would be Beidou.

For the most part the eyepatch was just a tool during the age of pirates. They kept one eye covered to keep it adjusted for the dark since they went below deck to above often.

Hoping to see Ayaka and/or Thoma from Inazuma next, probably for political business. Then Yae, who probably personally meets xingqiu and albedo, then Ei who got dragged along, but still came since she's always enthusiastic with martial arts training, and probably got interested with dueling Andrius.
That be nice, but Im afraid its only limited to Mondstadt and Liyue characters. Also it might even require to do the inazuma archon quest and Ei's story quest done for that
I would LOVE to see Thoma in this event. He is from Mondstadt after all.

It makes sense to roll your eyes at characters who have never talked to each other, yet still get shipped, but you can't act like Beiguang is something entirely imagined by shippers without acknowledging the actual in-game content between these two lol
