"All creatures are a pure nothing. I don’t say they are insignificant or a something: they are absolute nothing. Whatever hasn’t essence does not exist. No creature has essence, because the essence of all is in the presence of God. If God withdrew from the creatures for just one moment, they would disappear to nothing." -- Meister Eckhart "'I am' is an ever present fact, while 'I am created' is an idea. Neither God nor the universe have come to tell you that they have created you. The mind, obsessed by the idea of causality, invents creation and then wonders 'who is the creator?' The mind itself is the creator. Even this is not quite true, for the created and its creator are one. The mind and the world are not separate. Do understand that what you think to be the world is your own mind. All space and time are in the mind." -- Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
I love Sun Ra's philosophy. He loses me in some parts where he says all things white are evil...Everything made from God is Divine. No matter race or creed
This view doesn't make sense and there is no evidence to support it. I went to west Africa and was welcomed. Some of what Ra said is true (see the Black Panther movie), but a pan-African consciousness is growing stronger and stronger. Check the communication musically and culturally between black African and the black Atlantic. It seems like a form of internalized oppression (not to mention appropriate of the struggles of the Native ppls of the Americas) to cut yourselves off from our African heritage...even if it has to be adapted to our experiences in the Americas.

They changed the history and incorporated america so they could remain in a position of power. it doesnt matter any ways because our power resides in our divine mind, but the mental spell they have some black americans in is directly correlated to the myth of transcontinental slavery, when we were the ones who gave them the ability to travel across the ocean in the first place.
Love him and his legacy but he was highly Misguided when it came to the Bible. I don’t knock peoples beliefs but if you’re going to quote scripture Atleast finish the sentence and give context
Misguided...how so? Preachers Pastors and Reverend Whosoever, quote scripture all the time without completion of a concept or thought, from which it is surrounded by... Let alone just the sentence. That practice has been misguiding people for centuries with ambiguous context at best.
Grounded Crowns Rising That’s why you look at the Bible through its context of the ancient Near East. Read peer reviewed papers, academic books, commentaries to help you have a better understanding of scripture. I recommend Semitic scholar Michael S. Heiser who can read paleo Hebrew and uguritic
yes it was out of context because when scripture mentions men is like beast who perish, that scripture came after the fall of Adam. Pre-fall Adam was no subject to death... But Love him and his music as well
still love his music!!
🌞Truth is in these here words🌞

Listen from a man who was born on Saturn . I just want to shake his hand .
Genius doesnt cover it as it is
Sun Ra was on the mothership years before star child George Clinton.
Dig - I think Clinton got his groove from Sun Ra
I thought Ra, Clinton, and Lee Scratch came on the same ship?
