Millions of years of evolution should be included in your research and data as factors. In the last few generations we have been exposed to so many foreign things our bodies just can't deal with. Sugar, mercury and industrial chemicals, mold from tight houses etc.... No doubt it is many things in the soup and not just one ingredient. Keep up good work and Thank You!

I wish all of the medical industry would listen to this man. Especially Psychiatrists. The only thing they know how to do is prescribe medication to everyone.

I am with you on that! My grown son ha mold toxicity and Lyme, and is severely affected neurologically and psychologically. No one would have known if I had not had this, and he came to live with me after a suicide attempt, and since I had mold toxicity before, plus a toxin overload from breast implants, I recognized the signs and knew his dad’s house was full of mold. You’ve given credibility to functional medicine, which basically saved my life after I had my implants removed!

Too bad so many technical words to prevent understanding.

I listen more than once to understand. " The doctor's Farmacy" by Mark is on an easier level, regular words.

Learn the technical words. No other way to understand it other than learning.

I’ve listened to several lectures by this Dr. B. but I’ve yet to discover WHAT SPECIFICALLY he is doing to reverse the mental decline.

Low sugar/carb diet, avoid toxins, get sufficient minerals/vitamins/micronuturients, probiotics for your gut, and more...

My understanding is that he uses several modalities depending on type of AD. So increasing O2 if sleep apnea are causes and keto diet with glucose and insulin resistant problems, getting rid of toxins in the environment.

Basically he takes the crap out of the diet as far as I can tell. But I see what you mean it is not a pill cure all that treats simtoms.

    • @TruthPunch

It’s a protocol. It’s looking at 6-7 different micro biomes and starts to eliminated toxins and everything that is considered as a negative effect for your body. While allowing for mild ketosis to feed the brain with ketones. Reducing or eliminating inflammation, proper diet, Exercise, proper oxygen intake during sleep. It’s pretty impressive how much they actually look at. Unlike 1 drug
