Watch the fight back with the sound off and at half or a quarter speed. Once you slow it down, you see that it's hard to give Fury a single round. Usyk is just a master of blocking shots and making guys miss. Meanwhile, he's highly accurate with his punches. Fury did well. He was in it the entire way. He was just consistently behind Usyk every single round. I think the AI probably had it bang on. Usyk is an ATG. Been a privilege to watch him work.

Usyk is lucky he didn't fight in the 90's heavyweight division. He would have multiple losses. Hell, he would've been KO'd by the version of Wilder that fought Fury 3 times.

Fury, similar to Tyson, seemed "great", until he met a great boxer. The rest is history. Fury met Usyk. Tyson met Holyfield. Both were reality checked. Fury and Tyson were no 'Champions' per se: not in the truest sense of that word. Their diatribe, their courtesans, their antics inside (Tyson), as well as outside the ring, knock that on the head. Bent boxing boards of "control" and terrible boxing media pundits encouraged it. And so, "T'Hell or t' Connaught", with such as they. Thank God, for Teddy and a handful of other men, who's experience and clarity cuts through the murky corruption, the flat lies and the idiocy of the 'self mind-bent' pack creatures who infect the sport. Usyk is what minimalist runners like Shakur Stevenson, Skye Nicolson, and Richardson Hitchins claim they are but are not; a master boxer.
He rarely makes mistakes, he's mentally impregnable, he has probably the best footwork ever seen in the heavyweight division, and he has supreme defense while also putting relentless mental and physical pressure on his opponents with his consistent and accurate punch output.
Usyk doesn't leave you alone. He doesn't let you rest. And he makes you pay every time you throw a lazy punch or make a tactical mistake. The definition of high IQ, the epitome of P4P, and an all-time great in the sport.

Fury was much better compared to the first fight but didn’t utilize body shots as much, which had previously shaken Usyk significantly. However, throughout the match, he couldn’t dominate Usyk and ended up losing. In my opinion, without a knockout, all matches are left up for interpretation-Fury was knocked down by some of the hardest punches in the heavyweight division but got back up and kept fighting. it’s not logical, just emotional! 😃 Usyk has a superior defense, no doubt, but sooner or later, he’ll face the kind of situation Fury did. When that time comes, it’ll be fascinating to see how he handles it.

People hate on fury for being heavy but this was honestly the best version of fury ever. Usyk is just better. Fury had the perfect plan it just wasn’t enough. This fury beats Joshua, this fury beats any other man except Usyk. Usyk clearly won but I think it was a split decision. I don’t think he won decisively. Fury to me won the first 6 rounds with the eye test. He definitely did more damage., he didn’t back down, he landed the harder punches and he had the center of the ring, anytime Usyk pushed forward Fury planted, rotated and took back the center. Strictly going of concubox score is stupid. Usyk lasted more shots at a higher percentage but most of those were jabs to the bodyz fury cam in heavy specifically to absorb shots to the body. Fury landed more devastating shots to the head and body and he landed them more often. Usyk was just an efficient boxer and pressed the pace and hid the pain well. He was clearly rocked 3 times but marched forward anyway. If this was a fight I think fury won based off damage but as a boxing match Usyk scored more points. Every single round was close.. Usyk only rocked fury 1 time and Fury came right back. Even in the rounds where one guy got hurt they both came back and finished strong. Pretty much every round could have went either way to be honest. There were only 2 that Usyk definitely won but Fury had as many or more. This fight was razor close. It’s not like Fury was dominated, and if you think he was I guarantee you are just a Fury hater and biased. Usyk is the best right now and deserves all time great status as a heavyweight! Fury and Joshua were both thought of as the best in generations at one point. They are both huge and very talented yet Usyk beat both twice as a smaller man. He unified cruiser weight 1 belt at a time and unified heavyweight and defended it the hardest way possible. Being undisputed in 2 classes esp moving up to fight true giants is GOAT status.

The fact is American boxing is dying because our youth has no option for excersizing their aggression in a controlled manner. Karate and judo played a small part in the 60 &70’s but not any longer. If we institute boxing classes or maybe even intramural classes teaching skills and eventually we’d see boxing clubs in local neighborhoods and we’ll see new fighters over night. Why? It’s part of our manhood,if we don’t control it, it will control us. Look at crime it will not be shut down.

Most of Furys shots were hitting Usyks gloves THOSE ARE NOT SCORING SHOTS!!! this fight wasn’t close, it was competitive in small spells but it wasn’t close at all overall, Fury is the most overrated heavyweight of all time imo, people including this plonker Teddy was calling Fury the greatest of this generation and maybe of all time, based on what!!!?? @ Alex pereira is 37 and would walk around near 235 and cut down to 185 to fight at middle weight. It’s not that crazy. Boxers usually don’t cut weight like ufc fighters but they can. With diet alone he could loose 15 lbs and then it would be that am hard to cut water. It’s not common in boxing but that’s what makes it so impressive to me. He is 227 trying to be as heavy as possible. It wouldn’t be hard for him to get to 210 from diet alone. I do it all the time. I walk around at 235 and cut down to 220 every year with just bodyweight. I don’t care to se him fight at HW anymore. There’s nobody left to make a good fight. If he pushed himself to be 3 division champ that would be extremely impressive, pretty much anyone who’s ever been 3 division champ has cut a ton of weight to win the lowest division. Look at Connor mcgregor early in his career looking like skeletor lol. I know Usyk is older but so is Pereira

Since no one is going to say it: Usyk and Fury 1 & 2 were some of the weakest Heavyweight fights that I’ve ever seen.
They bounced AWAY from each other more than they connected with each other. And ultimately, it’s a reflection of the mentality of fighters today. They’d rather tap with jabs and score points than to deal damage with inside fighting (which IS an art in and of itself) and combinations. I can name non-title fights that were GREATER than these two fights.
