I know why he's terrified. Patti Labelle is a well respected artist, even by those outside of her genres like me, and her words carry a weight those much younger than her don't. She has the sort of public authority, here and now, that not even Clive Davis can stop the reach of her words.

Now, Almighty God will give each one the opportunity to make choices, the manner in which we live our lives. Most certainly those that lived before The Flood of Noah, made a choice and of course those that lived in the two cities of Sodom & Gomorrah made their choice. Lot and his two daughters were saved, as they followed instructions to Leave the city and Not To Look Back. They did as instructed by God Almighty and their lives were in fact spared. The wife for what ever "her reasons", did what she was instructed, "Not To Do, looked back " and lost her life. Again, it is Almighty God's Way of doing things, not Our Way, of doing things!!!

As a Christian, I go along with The Scriptures thoughts on all matters. It would seem to me when Almighty God created Adam/A Man, if he had wanted could have created another Man. He did not, he created A Woman as a compliment of the man. He/ God Almighty then gave them a command, "To be fruitful and fill the earth."
