    Just keep your W221 stock and buy another W222, this is too much work to do the conversion.

    If you have a total out W221 it might be worth doing. Too much work by the time you are finished with body work and paint. That is at least 15K. This cannot be done by a ordinary car buyer.

      you are right but that's still cheaper than buy a new car and there's still have people in market love their old cars.
