Discovered your channel during a sleepless night. Love the interview!
If I may offer a suggestion regarding editing: drop the Coming Up intros, just open straight with your logo then into each segment. Not sure what the analytics say about this, but personally I despise this trend I’m seeing more and more on RUclips channels - I either skip through it or change the video almost instinctively at this point when any channel does it. (Yours and The Times Radio are two where I’ll do the latter because I truly enjoy the guests’ expertise).

Interesting, thanks for that feedback- I put that in as a snapshot of what's to come in hopes that people will stick around to watch. Curious if other people feel the same way. Glad you found the channel!

@@DaltonFischerPodcastI agree completely. I’ve seen quite a number of channels going this route and I do not care for it. If the content is good it will keep people who you are targeting. The intro ruins the flow of the body of work. I find myself not paying attention when I am re-hearing information and lose interest.

Like all great interviewers (Joe Rogan, Michael Franzese, etc) you have the gift of letting your guest talk while you patiently listen without interrupting him...this helps the story to be delivered more fully which any listener will appreciate and support your site ! Well done !

I've met Jhon Kiriakou at the airport in Athens with his son and aproached him to thank him for the great job he is doing. What a great personality, we had a nice chat, there are no many people knows him in Greece and he was surprised that someone recognised him.

With 41 years of experience with the phone company, I can tell you that charges to a telephone line will not be billed to a vacant lot. They are billed to the telephone number regardless of where (along the line) the call is made. I knew this video was a bunch of BS as soon as he made that statement.

Years prior when tenants still hooked up phones to their apartment, I was tasked to keeping the apartments wiring fixed. Calif had a rule that the property owner was responsible for maintenance. The tenants would always call the phone company for repairs, get a bill and then try and get reimbursed. I labeled my cabinets well but I swear the lines from the street were being swapped with each new tenant.
