At 6 and a half weeks no fetal pole just gestational sac and yolk sac. I have lost hope right now after reading about anembryonic pregnancy. Sad how my happiness just ended all of a sudden. First time falling pregnant and this. It's so saddening.
I may be having one. Second pregnancy . Six and a half weeks they saw nothing bht sac but confirming in two weeks . I honestly did feel different than my first pregnancy. Much less symptoms and something felt off in my gut. The pregnancy was still so wanted even tho I honestly wondered if something was not quite right .
A chemical pregnancy is a bit different- a chemical pregnancy is an early loss (usually around 5 weeks) even before a first ultrasound. Chemical pregnancies occur before you can see anything on ultrasound, when the person has a positive pregnancy test and then day/s later the rest is negative. With blighted ovum, an ultrasound can visualize the empty sac.

Thank you so much for being vulnerable and sharing.
I also had a blighted ovum but it's painfully
Facing same situation.. at first I feel all pregnancy symptoms but in week 8 Dr tell me after ultrasound that I have blighted ovum🥺
I clicked the link to share my story but it said I needed permission
Would there be a yolk sac in there if it was a blighted ovum?
Is this kind of like a chemical pregnancy? Or would this fall under chemical pregnancy?

@@katieleecgctalksmiscarriage thank you for the clarification!
Now bleeding and cramps are start
after anembryonic pregnancy would your body experience like your breast milk is leaking and painful?
Definitely not in my experience. Too early of a loss for that.
