One of my friend Brother died in This Sea when he cross the Sea in Little Boat from Libya to Italy, he is still missing in sea, he died in 2004 and today 2022 his dead body can't find in Sea.

they're rescuing them about 2 miles from Libyan coast and taking them 200 miles to europe.
No nation is willing to take that risk (Lybia is a warzone) and it would cause a diplomatic conflict with the new government there, which the West is trying to get friendly with. There's also the logistical problem - they would just not want to leave the ship, and those ships are not landing crafts, they can't come all the way to the beach.

@@Galster12mX maybe I worded it in a confusing way, but it's a free "outsourced service" indirectly given to the smuggling mafia, which get money from the people they smuggle, but drastically reduce their cost of taking them across the sea, because these ships do it for them.
So it's a service given freely to the smugglers, which helps them maximize their profits and creates incentives for them to put more people at sea.
