Sir can you please also tell how to use images in likert. As I am unable to add likert image ( agrre disagree emoji ) in excel and display in form. Also in collect app mobile

I think ODK provide this feature. Please look to the official ODK Documentation. If you not find any things related then you can also go through other ODK like Jotform (jotform.com/) or DATAPLUG

This method stores the data when we are in offline ?

When you are offline it will store in own local memory, when you will online then it will online stote
