Hillclimb Skradin 2024 | Goran Deak | Mitsubishi Evo 9

First race of the season 2024 Croatian Hillclimb Championship. Also, first time on the track with the new car for the season after driving the Golf TCR last season. We finished the car a couple pf days before the race so we had minimal testing before the race. Initial impressions of the car are very good. We still need to fix a few thing and tune in the suspension and the car but overall I like the car and think I could be competitive if no major faults happen.

Sequential gearbox driven with clutch. 🥺
Kaps is extremely good transmission and you will benefit in over 1 sec better time on run with proper calibration

I know, we did a short test and it looked fine but on race conditions I realized cutoff isn't working properly so I decided to shift with clutch to ensure it's gonna shift and to protect the gearbox. :/

Da, mozda malo previse oprezno sam isao ali je ovo bio prvi izlazak na brdu sa novim autom koji se skroz drugacije vozi od prednjeg pogona (TCRa) pa mi je cilj bio za Skradin samo cim bolje probati skuziti auto i vidjeti sto jos treba presloziti. Na sljedecoj trci u Malackoj cemo probati bolje pripremiti auto i malo jace stisnuti gas. ;)
