Oh yeah, AHS stealth-released a bunch of VB updates with Vocal Modes alongside their HDVM updates, while making almost no mention of the former. Aside from Maki, they did the same with Tsuina-Chan, Kyomachi Seika, and Natsuki Karin, similarly with no announcement or fanfare from AHS.

Maki (ENG)'s AI Japanese sounds weirdly more appealing than Maki (JP)'s Japanese
I agree. It’s like her Japanese bank, but it feels like it has a pinch more flair to it.
