1. I didn't persuade them. They only get persuaded by 2 things 1) pain 2) confident. Create pain by speaking on the problem they have, and back up the confident by show them the solution (send a free value) 2. I have to create system. Find what step they need to take from open the email to paying for my work. 3. Iterate. The most important thing. Find 1 aspect of every step on the system and improve it over again and again.

That means not just changing your outreach method, but maybe switching from cold outreach to paid ads or finding acquaintances for warm outreach.
