What is the trick with the throttle on the Pendolino? I have so many struggles with getting it to move again after stopping. I’m always apologizing to dispatchers and other drivers. You seem to have it down.
The train won't allow you to move again until the brake pipe has charged to a certain level (around 5 bars) after you have used the service brake and come to a full stop. So what I do is: before applying throttle, I wait for the brake pipe to charge to around 5 bars. I will then try applying a very small amount of throttle to test if the train gives any power or not. If not, I will quickly move the power lever back to zero. I will keep doing this until I see the train starts moving.
@@SpeedingOldDriver Because it's a S9 plus W20 signals. S9 indicate current speed limit is 100, but next signal is red. Also W20 means this section is not enough length for braking. You should see a W19 for announcing next section is a short section.
@@fhs7838 Oh, I see. I completely missed the W19 sign at 2:25:52. Have to be careful next time when seeing the W19 sign. It was great to learn something new about Polish railway signalling, I appreciate it!

@@SpeedingOldDriver thanks for the response. I’ll watch that brake pipe closely on this next run.
No save option!!!!! Too bad!
Epic Save at 2:26:36
I would have propably messed up there
Yeah, I was tricked by the so-called "100 km/h"
better to decelerate early when I see a yellow light next time

How do you know what the driver id is?
I entered the same ID mentioned in the ETCS training scenario
This on console as well
This game only available on Steam
Lovely 😊
