the steps on an iphone are different you have to download a fully rigged model ( like the website op showed ) then go to files extract the files into on my phone > denchi.soft whatever thing > files > live2d models and where you put the custom model tap on it and it'll create a folder then you can go back apologies if my instructions weren't too clear !!
This trick now deprecated, now Android File policy, restrict user to copy any file into the Android>data....> You can't use any apps to force copy and paste file into the system file system. The only one way to do that is by uninstall the file system update, or root the Android. This trick is ridiculous, and VTS should change the way it imports characters

Your model needs to be rigged; if it is not rigged it will not work. Try and find a rigger, or get a pre-rigged model.

I don't think picrew would work unless you separate the body to different layers and turn it into a live2d model
You have to make a live 2d model yourself, picrew is just a photo so it wont work
