MTA NYCT: R188 7 trains at 40th St with a train that stopped while leaving due to disruptive person.

Originally I thought this train overshot the station until I saw on the MTA Service changes page that Manhattan bound 7 trains were delayed due to a person being disruptive.

Go to 82nd St for some people who hate railfanners for some reason... They even started taking pictures of me! At least the train operators there are nice and they give horn honks for the skip stop 7 trains.
