Set music. it does not allow you to use your own music. They have a lot of music specifically made for the bed though and they are constantly adding to it.
It's kind of a hard bed, not very comfortable for 8+ hours of sleep. I think it's meant to be used before bed or during the day for meditation and relaxation.

@@sam3d I don't think that's what was meant, I think it's for everyone and really beneficial to have in treatment centers.
