True dat. I think it was 1992 I missed meeting Grant by one week. Grant completed a sales training program to a local car dealership a week before I was hired there...the general manager and owner valued the materials but the sales staff pretended in front of the GM to care but behind mngmnt's back the so called experienced sales guys condemned grant as a 'walk around king' and gave me their training workbooks saying i could keep the manuals or toss them because they had no use for the stuff. [I still have one copy]. I told them they were idiots. I said Grant was building a business, an asset, while they were foolishly waiting like rabid dogs for permission to chase the next 'up.' They laughed at me. Those guys are nowhere to be seen. But Grant is still plugging along some 27 years later. Bigger than ever.

Real estate investor here out of Omaha, Nebraska. If you are watching this, just ignore it. Grant uses your money to buy properties, then gives you a miniscule amount compared to you buying your own properties. I own an apartment building, three single family homes, some land in Boulder, Colorado, etc... I've been involved in real estate investing for about 3 years. Be realistic with your expectations, don't watch these videos and think this is going to happen to you.

I’m feeling this dude not the fancy cars and plan I listen to a RUclips stand up or webinar he had about going to talk to the king of Real estate in Texas and everything he was saying not really about the real estate but how he handled the situation was pure hustler grinder hungry I live that fire. What I love the most is that this is a man that knows what he want like he stated I new my wife the first time I met her she didn’t know it yet but he new.
