I'm using pir am312 and bc547 using 5v usb plug to power 5v led light, but dont know why the light seem to not as bright as direct 5v source, can you help me?

dada may Amazon ka 230 volt Ac motion sensor ke sath buzzer lagaya, 4diod brize bany aur positive negative ke sath 220uf 25 v condencer aur AC negative ke sath 68k resistant lagaya. jab sense hota hay tab loudly bajta hay, lekin har bakt ek low kuuuu... noise hota hay. ap bata sakte hay kaise e low kuuu... nosise bondh hoga
