@@mrb-dv7eq yea I know what you mean. There are a couple of reasons why I’ve gone with the surrounds. The main reason was I originally recorded on 2k18 and it was much quicker to use the post match replays to capture moments because the highlight reel was pretty poor on that game, and I’ve carried on with it for consistency. I also wanted to present the WCW stuff slightly differently to my WWF videos, where I don’t use the surrounds. I’m sort of scaling it back now and it won’t be there when I move back to WWF after Starrcade but I completely understand the feedback
Your WW3 bout is much more clear to follow than the original match. Where did you get David Taylor from? I've been searching for a creation of his for quite a while now.
@@MrGordberg2525 thanks, it’s definitely the hardest match type to recreate! This video is using WWE 2k22 and there was one really good Dave Taylor on Community Creations, I’m not sure whether he’s on 2k23 or 2k24, although I have just downloaded a Chris Adams on 2k23, for a Club La Vela Nitro I’ll be doing soon, so hopefully you’ll find Taylor. In my earlier videos I use 2k18 and there wasn’t a Dave Taylor on 2k18 CC, I used Jacques Rougeau’s face as that was the nearest I could get him!
@@wwfwcwppvs9597wwe2k Thanks for your reply. I'm using 2k24 myself. "DavidTaylor", "DaveTaylor" and even "Squire" got no findings for me, and just "Taylor" is too common of a name. Guess I'll keep searching and waiting for the day someone would decide he's worth creating.
@@karimmitchell90 my process is as follows: 1. Record the video from PS4, I save the screen recording for each individual clip and transfer to PC 2. Edit all the video clips together using Windows Movie Maker 3. Separately record the specific bit of commentary off the actual event and save as audio files 4. Overlay the commentary onto the gameplay, try my best to match the impact of moves/ ref counts to the timing of the video That’s broadly it. The opening video packages are similar, and for the World War 3 matches I add some extra editing at the beginning of the battle royals to do three clips at once like the actual split screen on the event. It’s time consuming as hell but I’m still enjoying it!
