Danica Patrick: Not clear Carson Hocevar: Held one lap down Jeff Burton: Crashed out anyway Matt Kenseth: Suspended for two races Ryan Newman: Crashed out anyway Clint Bowyer: MWR eventually shut down. Record setting fines and suspensions Carl Edwards: Probation for a few races Bubba Wallace: Suspended for one race Kyle Busch Cup 08: Jr later enacted revenge Brian Vickers: Not clear. Was useless anyway Kyle Busch Trucks 11: Parked for Cup race later that week Jeff Gordon: Fined $100k, -100pts, probation for rest of the year. Crew chief fined 50k
On the Carl Edwards wrecking Brad Keselowski: Keselowski was the leader and Edwards was down 150 laps. All nascar did to ''punish'' Edwards was told him to park it with two laps to go no points taken away, no money taken away, and he was allowed to race the next weekend. Keselowski on the other hand suffered a broken leg that caused him to miss the rest of the season and the crash almost killed him.
Jeff Burton said on Dale Jr. Download that his Texas crash was not intentional. He tried to bump him in the back but Jeff Gordon slowed down so much that he caught the right rear corner.
Oh it was definitely intentional. What most people forget is that it was also payback. Kyle Busch's first truly great chance at a title (07' season) got ended when Jr. junked him for no reason at Kansas. So from the perspective of a Kyle Busch fan like myself, it was intentional because that is the point of payback.
@@mattr.8470 Man I can´t believe people think this. Just watch it, they enter the corner going for the same space, 18 may have entered a little shallow but 88 could´ve given a little room. Will always be a racing incident. Trust me, KB has wrecked a lot of people on purpose, this ain't it.
You should of added penalties for these INTENTIONAL wrecks so the fans could see INCOMPETENT and INCONSISTENT NASCAR RULINGS!!!
