I would love to see more. And this twist of fate is incredible, imagine Link taking over Hyrule by Ganandad's side.
Or Ganon actively trying to fight against his "destiny" as set by Demise
Fandom Trash or ghirahim turned him evil then he was forced to strike down his father out of the pain and suffering he was put through because there are no gerudo in twilight princess so he wanted to be with is pass family Insteon living and he told link to stay alive to kill him in his stead
Then killing him to take the throne, in true gerudo fashion.
From the looks of things there will be some conflict whether link and ganon want it or not, if girahim is still connected to ganon, than he has demise inside of him, though that doesnt necessarily mean he will for sure turn evil, in fact him being a father to link may actually break the cycle, demise might finally be put at ease and peace could be brought to hyrule.

okay but what if:
Ganon and Nabooru raised Link and Midna together as siblings and Midna became the heir to the throne of the Gerudo? And Link was her knight/head guard.
And nothing bad ever happens because thiS IS A WHOLESOME AU
Ganondorf called Link "little desert prince" meaning he's intending Link to eventually become King of the Gerudo. Plus Midna is already the Princess of the Twilight Relm.
geekqueen2010 I know, but I don’t think Link would actually WANT to become king, and Midna’s throne was taken from her by Zant, remember? Plus, it just doesn’t feel right to have Link be a king.

Why do girls keep bullying the poor cinnamon bun that is Link? :(
Their Gerudo, it's kinda what they do. Like seriously ever since OoT Gerudo have bullied Link until he proved himself to be equal to or greater then them in strength, speed, or cunning, sometimes all three. But once he gains their respect they are actually really cool people.
So he knows his place when they are ready to make him marry them. Can't have him see how great he can be before they get their claw in him.
It's funny when Midna does. Sika is just a bullying brat. Vridi does NOT. the sweetheart

This is pretty amazing stuff. I love seeing Ganondorf in a more positive light..I've always had this thought that his turn to the darkness was the fault of Twinrova tying his soul to Demise...I imagine that if he hadn't been cursed by those two dimwitted old hags, he'd be a much different person..
