Hey. So I'm glad London's A1c is better. I have left a few messages for you regarding type1 diabetes. My Son is 10 got diagnosed at 8..His A1c is 5.5 for the last year. Before that it was in the 9's. I started listening to a podcast "juicebox". My son had a tandem. I would change his basal rates when he went high. I didn't wait for the doctor to do it. Your waiting 3 months by then, her needs changed again because their growing. My sons basal rates and carb ratios change all the time bc their growing. Or sick or attitudes lol. I don't want to over step, but being high all the time is not good for them long-term. It is a lot of work. We know. My Son has all kinds of food. Pizza, McDonald's etc. Just bc a doctor put the ratios in doesn't make it right. They don't live with us. My Endo gets that. She is totally comfortable with me changing things all the time. He does ju jitsu and soccer. For those days I lower his basal rate. The excercise mode in the tandem didn't really work for us. The sleep mode is good. But at night I found a basal rate .65 that keeps him in the 90's with no lows. I don't like him being 120-140 at night to me that's too high. He not excercise he just sleeping that should be the time where you can get her the lowest. We have since changed to the Omni 5. For us it goes through the pharmacy, So it was covered. We still have a 2 yr contract on our tandem. So he started going up when we disconnected for showers, swimming and we went on a vacation. We had to disconnect for the beach and swimming. He was 400 when we were done. So we're on the omni 5 now. He loves it but I'm still tweaking things. His A1c is still 5.5. I just make sure that if he starts going up I give him more insulin or raise his basal rate for junk or in general. I only allow junk on the weekends. During the week. He eats pretty clean. I don't buy soda, only juice for lows. I do a lot of baking with coconut, and almond flour and monk fruit. If your nervous about tweaking Her pump I get it. But their are things you can do for a high. Don't wait until another appt to address things. Good luck❤ ❤
Mom did awesome. Love that she had no shame calling you. Missed seeing your parents on the vlog.
She takes care of Londyn really well, I never have to worry about her when she’s over there.

Nicely put, and we do the same thing.
The zero sugar minute maid and the Tropicana juice tastes really good, and there's no aftertaste.
I know the drink you’re talking about it’s good
I enjoyed this vlog
