3x shadow is just Dakka dakka dakka

Shadow is actually insane on tychus himself or at least better than fire because everything that does more than 15-16 dmg (not considering armor into the equation) per attack benefits more from shadow than fire doesnt matter how fast it attacks i sadly do not know how multiple shadows stack would have to look at the numbers for that and am lazy but just looking at the serious attack speed id say diminish in returns is not as bad as with cdr

1.15^n is shadow dps per shadow stack so 3 is 1.15×1.15×1.15 times more damage as each shadow is 15% better than the previous shadow which is itself 15% better than the original

Are you sure it is like this because most games treat attack speed like a cooldown between attacks or just flat scaling with your base attack speed because its not smart to use increase in return because its a bitch to balance

Hahah god that game was fast.
Derp, I wasn't sure if that "what are you thinking?" was aimed at me or not.
Always good to play a round with you man. I tend to be home editing vids when you post - I consider it a sign to take a snack break.
    All the best.

Yeah, the Fenix Tychus matchup is just, miserable for the Fenix player. I think the best bet ya have is Colosii, but that, much like using Siege Tanks as your comp against em, just heavily relies on a super lategame scenario were Tychus' lack of siege units allows ya to outsiege them, and honestly, that aint happenin often. Realistically, your only hope as Fenix vs Tychus (Which, to be fair, applies to pretty much every single Tychus match up) is to both bet that you opponent doesnt know how to play Tychus and your team leaks into ya. Because, in the end, a good Tychus player literally has no bad match ups. After all, the Kerri match up was solved a good while ago by the introduction of Nux as an answer to Broodlords, making so Tychus is hella oppresive on it and Kerri's best bet becomes tech switching repeatedly between Ultra and Brood to try and make Tychus mess up; and the Nova match up is kind of easy to solve by using Cannonball Stunlock against Marauders, and Vega spam against Libs due to Libs being more expensive than Vega and thus you being able to dominate every single Lib they output. Even the harshest ones, like Abba with em tech switching between Swarm Hosts and Guardians can be dealt by using Vega for Guardians and Hammer Munitions Rattlesnake for Hosts. Tychus just, has a good, competent answer to *every* composition in the game, and so, the only good way to deal with em is hoping they misplay or ya get some heavy leaks. Which, to be fair, aint that rare, given that they are the most punishing and micro-intensive commander in the game

1st up disruptor micro is actually the way to go in a Tychus vs Felnix scenario but blood kind of disabled that strategy short term and then fenix got too lazy to keep up micro

2nd point i dont see nux dealing with broodlords in game maybe on paper or theory crafting but otherwise nah no way

@@nebei3740 It doesnt really work that well...? Ya get really wrecked by Cannonball Micro, and ya still dont really have enough damage to really deal with Tychus units until pretty deep into the game, where the micro quickly becomes unsustainable. It kinda falls alongside Banshees as "Stealth micro to force them to waste money on T2". But it wont really solve the problem, as ya just dont output enough damage per mineral to outscale Tychus hp per mineral, which is relevant for these kinds of volley units

@@nebei3740 Full ups Nux kills full HP BLs with a single storm. So, since BLs stack heavily on top of eachother due to being air units and thus lacking collisions, around 3 microed Nuxes is enough to kill an infinite amount of BLs, which is extremely bad given that the whole reason why ya built them in that match up as Kerri was inevitability. So, ya never really get to use them. Before ya can ever reach critical mass, Tychus already has enough time to build and upgrade a Nux, and from that point onwards your build is permanently on the back foot as any extra BLs ya get dont really get to add anything to your wave, as if ya were building zerglings into Siege Tanks. It's a particular unit match up so terrible for Kerri that the answer to it is kind of to build Ultras after Tychus commited to a Nux since Nux doesnt work well against those in an attempt to out tempo them, but since Rattlesnake also has a pretty one sided match up against those, its only buying time for an eventual defeat. Again, if Tychus micros and knows the match up, is one of the match ups were your main hope is to try and do some tech switching shenanigans to out tempo them and buy as much time as posible, which isnt that much of a wincon

not really. All the things that counter tychus still counter tychus. the 24 Hp/s isn't that great when something like 200dps is dealt to him. Better off with attack speed or range increase

@@bleachiannaruto5600 I will add 1 additional situation where it's beneficial is when you are matched against an opponent that primarily does their damage through a single alpha strike and then following that they have very little damage output, as long as you can survive the initial damage. So an example might be when facing zagara where a huge portion of the damage comes from the initial contact as in this instance armor won't be as effective (instead things like life and blood would be better) but still, very niche
