Well, his portrayal wasn't accurate. The Land Crawler was basically an agricultural tractor that, would you believe it, Arkhan Land also found. And some modified versions were pressed into service here and there.

i just realized that the tyran in tyranids might be a reference to tyrannosaurus, since the tyranids are often said to look like alien dino bugs, and nids usually means bugs in sci fi, so tyran nids could literally mean dino bug.

If you roll doubles or a 9 on a psychic power roll, depending on which of those two games you're playing, you trigger a psychic Phenomena roll of chaos. If you critically fail that, you get to play in the big leagues of campaign derailment called Perils of the Warp, with all sorts of chaotic possibilities that may or may not destroy the fabric of reality.
