    Here are some important questions about the JotForm Table CRM:
    1) Can the CRM be exported as a file format and still work; or, is the only to share it remotely is via a website link?
    2) As a JotForm subscriber, can I create numerous CRM's?
    3) Can I create a form to send out to folks that empowers them to populate the simple CRM I created? Once received, that message goes directly into the Simple CRM.

      Thanks for your interest in Jotform Tables. To answer your questions;
      1. Aside from sharing the Tables as a link, the submission data can be exported to Excel, CSV, or PDF format from Tables. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/73-how-to-download-form-submissions-as-excel-csv-pdf/
      2. You can create as many CRMs as you like using Tables. While there are no limits to how many tables you can create, there's a limit to the number of forms you can have depending on the plan you're into. Please see our pricing page to find out more about these limits www.jotform.com/pricing/.
      3. Basically, in each table you create, there is a form associated with it. Here's how to view the form from its table: www.jotform.com/help/1016-how-to-view-assign-and-edit-forms-from-jotform-tables/. Or you can also create a form in Form Builder and then view its table. Here's how to view the submissions (Tables) of a form: www.jotform.com/help/269-how-to-view-form-submissions/.

    Is there any way for the contacts tab to identify that certain contact already exists and not to duplicate it? If not I am afraid the whole idea is defeated as the "CRM" will not recognize one and the same contact and it will duplicate it every time...

      Hi Ivan,
      You can prevent duplicate contacts when you enable Unique Field in your Form Settings. Here's a guide for that: www.jotform.com/help/223-how-to-set-form-limits-based-on-a-unique-field/.
