Great video! Those trails look really nice there. I like the one in North Carolina that look pretty tough that one section in there. I have a daughter that lives in Asheville That's nice to get together with folks and ride especially this time of year. Just wanted to say I changed the tires on my KPX 606 Dunlap in the rear pirelli MT on the front works real well out here in Colorado and is good on the road too. I think it's a good combination for tires. Thanks for the video. Keep up the good work and I'll be watching happy trails
The 606 Dunlap and Mirelli MT in the stock tire sizes? How do they hold up in the dirt? what about on curvy roads? I am thinking of going to maybe a more aggressive tire next.
Yeah the tires are the stock bike size and they do really good in it. Dirt and sand and rocky roads which is a lot of the trails that I go on. So I need you to tire that was going to hold up to all that they do good on the payment so I'm happy about that
@@dadbodbikers Thanks! I recently acquired an 06' Lifan LF200 it my first exposure to the Chinese dirt bikes, the tires aren't aggressive at all. I really like the KPX from what I've seen in your videos. I could see one of them in my future! thanks for the inspiration!!
We have a beginner riding one and he's been doing good. If you're under 5'9 I'd suggest something with a shorter seat height.. but the power and simplicity is great for beginners
You could pull it off.. it's harder to learn when you can't flat foot. If your ske something like an msf course where they supply the bikes then you'd be tall enough to ride it once you have the basic skills down.
Superb scenery. We’ll join you all next year

Thanks for the Fall ride! Our snow might be more slippery than your leaves (maybe not?)? What tire pressures do you run off-pavement like that?
We ran full tire pressure because we were bouncing onto curvy mountain roads between trails. It was enough traction to get through everything.
I love the videos! Did you change your tires from the stock ones?
Nope, still running stock.

@@Outdoor_Adventures570They're so much better than the '06 stuff.. quality has greatly improved!
Would you recommend the KPX as a beginner bike to learn on?

@dadbodbikers I'm 5'9 on a good day lol what seat height would be ideal? It would be mostly all street riding.
You could pull it off.. it's harder to learn when you can't flat foot. If your ske something like an msf course where they supply the bikes then you'd be tall enough to ride it once you have the basic skills down.
@dadbodbikers thanks for the quick replies and advice. Will be ordering the KPX soon. Will be subscribing to you for future videos.
