Regarding the foods to apply topically. For fungal conditions- manuka honey/garlic. Then wash down with tea tree oil mixed with water. Then, finally restore the ph with greek yoghurt. Leave each stage on for a while.

Great discussion. I see gut skin axis is a very new topic. I have a very stubborn case of jock itch. Fungal rash in the groin. 33, male, uk. Been living in hell with it for 5 years. Finnaly understanding i need to fix my micro bio in order to clear this finally. Externally, nothing has worked!!

Of subject, but how does one find a Functional Medicine-oriented provider who is "in-network" / covered by insurance / accepts Medicare, etc.?

Thank you for an important discussion. I believe the skin is one way our body is giving us signs. I always get what I call psoriasis on my right index finger and thumb when I eat too much gluten. I normally avoid all grains. Recently I'm getting the same symptom, so I'm trying to track down the cause since I know it isn't gluten. What do the doctors think about Lume deodorant? Could mandelic acid disrupt my skin's microbiome? Thank you!

Do a comprehensive stool test and find out where you are at. This company does it.
