I feel bad complaining. We do have electricity at the senior apts where I live on Lakeview Pkwy in Rowlett, but we’ve been without WiFi/internet since Sunday morning. SPECTRUM knows the whole apt complex is out but don’t seem inclined to do anything about it. Since we’re mostly retired I guess we don’t matter. I have to go to Chik Filet to use their Wi-Fi to pay bills and watch a little news on my phone. If anyone from SPECTRUM CARES, HELP US!! Anybody want to adopt a grandma to let her use your internet?? I might bake some cookies…💕
