i want to skip the step of purchase receipt and just want to add purchase invoice
You can do that, you don't need to create the receipt first :)
@@KaraniGeoffrey but the stock reports not shows. The purchase invoice shows me like. Stock received but not billed -Dr as Liabilities and the party payable Cr liability
Is there any account setting for this to skip this steps
This isn't very intuitive, from what you explained, this means i need to have the items i am buying from the supplier already in my items list before i can create a bill.
But lets say i purchase office stationary occasionally from a supplier and i dont need the pens and markers etc in my items list, i just want to create a bill and track them later how can i do that.
Currently, you need to have all the items you trade in setup in the system as part of the masters
