- Koshimbir is a Maharashtrian raita served as a side dish with the main dish. This refreshing koshimbir is very easy and simple to make. Not only it tastes delicious, but it is also very healthy & cooling.
𝐊𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Curd - 1 Cup
Onion chopped - 1 medium
Tomato chopped - 1 large
Coriander chopped - 2 Tbsp
Green chili chopped - 1
Roasted peanut powder (coarse) - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
