    I've suffered from low blood pressure practically all my life. Fainted a couple times and banged my head into the tile floor the last time. There are several things I've done that have immensely improved my energy levels. Firstly, if you're a female, take iron before your period. Also, eating a lot of red meat (at least 2-3 times per week) helps iron levels stay higher. Eat healthy!! Cutting out most sugars and starches seems to help a lot. Take a multivitamin daily. But the MOST important thing of all to maintain energy and pep is to exercise!!!! It is a must to fight this condition and these symptoms. And I fully understand is really hard to exercise when you're dizzy and lethargic. Deep breathing is essential to get oxygen into your cells as well. That's why you eat really healthy for a few days and then slowly start to exercise, doing what your body is comfortable with and then increasing in intensity and amount of time spent. After I did the eating right and exercising, I've never felt better. I'm a 38 year old who suffers from adrenal fatigue, low blood pressure and endocrine issues. There is hope for us. I know that these conditions can cause anxiety and depression so it's really hard to get going sometimes, but you can do it and you will be so glad you did after just a week or two and you'll feel so much better. Good luck to all of you and God bless.

      Low blood pressure 94/57 but normal pulse. Unable to sleep in the night because I feel like my heart is pumping too fast and I can’t relax. Did you have any issues with your sleep ?

      I usually have a high pulse and low blood pressure. I usually always have insomnia but I think it's more a symptom of anxiety/depression but there have been times I can definitely feel my heart rate keeps me up. Do deep belly breaths and listen to meditation music. Also, I know it seems like a no brainer but I'm shocked to hear people with insomnia or anxiety still drink caffeine like water. Caffeine WILL DEFINITELY effect your heart rate and ability to sleep. So cut it out in you still drink it.

    I run low blood pressure for years now. I can walk in for an appt and my pressure will be 86/50. When I was in the hospital last month, it ran on an average of 80/40 and at times lower. I had cellulitis. I pass out very easily. I probably black out almost daily. But I've been evaluated by a cardiologist. All tests are normal. I dont Inow if it's related but I get very severe headaches. My migraines are frequent and severe. Thanks for the video.

I promise you that if you can sleep literally ALL DAY & NIGHT LONG, exercising for 3 minutes every hour helps, immensely. Stop about 3-5 hrs before bedtime though. Try jumping jacks, burpees, push ups, jumping rope ect... Come back I chat with me after your 1st week of doing this. 🤗💕

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  3 месяца назад +2

      Experiencing a sudden drop in blood pressure after a fall, leading to lightheadedness or fainting, can be frightening and may indicate a condition known as orthostatic hypotension. This occurs when your blood pressure falls significantly upon standing up quickly or after a sudden movement. It's important to move slowly when changing positions and stay hydrated, as dehydration can worsen symptoms. Consulting with a healthcare provider is essential to determine the underlying cause and develop a plan to manage your symptoms effectively, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.

Few weeks ago I tried my grandmas home blood pressure measurement eguiptment and have gotten regurarly low readings since then. Average systolic 69 and diastolic 47. @MedicalCentric  Месяц назад

      @Niko-yl3du I'm really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. Low blood pressure (hypotension) can indeed contribute to feelings of fatigue and depression, as it affects blood flow and energy levels. It's crucial to consult a healthcare professional to discuss your symptoms, as they can assess your overall health, evaluate your blood pressure readings, and recommend appropriate treatment or lifestyle changes. In the meantime, ensure you're staying hydrated, eating balanced meals, and avoiding sudden movements that could exacerbate low blood pressure. Your well-being is important, so please reach out for support! 💖✨

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  Месяц назад

      @Kashu632 For a 16-year-old, a normal blood pressure is typically around 110/70 mmHg to 120/80 mmHg. However, normal ranges can vary slightly based on individual health factors and guidelines. If there's a concern about blood pressure, it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare professional.

    Eat low-carb meals??? Are you kidding me? Low-carb meals can cause low blood pressure.

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  Месяц назад

      @uuzoo It’s true that very low-carb diets can lead to low blood pressure in some individuals, especially during the initial adjustment phase. Carbohydrates are a primary energy source, and drastically reducing them can affect energy levels and overall health. If you're considering a low-carb diet, it’s important to ensure you're still getting adequate nutrition, including healthy fats and proteins, and to monitor how your body responds. Consulting with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian can help you find a balanced approach that suits your needs. Always listen to your body!
