I've suffered from low blood pressure practically all my life. Fainted a couple times and banged my head into the tile floor the last time. There are several things I've done that have immensely improved my energy levels. Firstly, if you're a female, take iron before your period. Also, eating a lot of red meat (at least 2-3 times per week) helps iron levels stay higher. Eat healthy!! Cutting out most sugars and starches seems to help a lot. Take a multivitamin daily. But the MOST important thing of all to maintain energy and pep is to exercise!!!! It is a must to fight this condition and these symptoms. And I fully understand is really hard to exercise when you're dizzy and lethargic. Deep breathing is essential to get oxygen into your cells as well. That's why you eat really healthy for a few days and then slowly start to exercise, doing what your body is comfortable with and then increasing in intensity and amount of time spent. After I did the eating right and exercising, I've never felt better. I'm a 38 year old who suffers from adrenal fatigue, low blood pressure and endocrine issues. There is hope for us. I know that these conditions can cause anxiety and depression so it's really hard to get going sometimes, but you can do it and you will be so glad you did after just a week or two and you'll feel so much better. Good luck to all of you and God bless.

Experiencing a sudden drop in blood pressure after a fall, leading to lightheadedness or fainting, can be frightening and may indicate a condition known as orthostatic hypotension. This occurs when your blood pressure falls significantly upon standing up quickly or after a sudden movement. It's important to move slowly when changing positions and stay hydrated, as dehydration can worsen symptoms. Consulting with a healthcare provider is essential to determine the underlying cause and develop a plan to manage your symptoms effectively, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.

@Niko-yl3du I'm really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. Low blood pressure (hypotension) can indeed contribute to feelings of fatigue and depression, as it affects blood flow and energy levels. It's crucial to consult a healthcare professional to discuss your symptoms, as they can assess your overall health, evaluate your blood pressure readings, and recommend appropriate treatment or lifestyle changes. In the meantime, ensure you're staying hydrated, eating balanced meals, and avoiding sudden movements that could exacerbate low blood pressure. Your well-being is important, so please reach out for support! 💖✨

@Kashu632 These symptoms could indicate a drop in blood pressure, potentially due to dehydration, standing up too quickly, or other factors. @uuzoo It’s true that very low-carb diets can lead to low blood pressure in some individuals, especially during the initial adjustment phase. Carbohydrates are a primary energy source, and drastically reducing them can affect energy levels and overall health. If you're considering a low-carb diet, it’s important to ensure you're still getting adequate nutrition, including healthy fats and proteins, and to monitor how your body responds. Consulting with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian can help you find a balanced approach that suits your needs. Always listen to your body!

I hope I can forever move country to place where I can get a job that pays well enough to cover my expense or die sooner so I don't have to suffer so much

Eat low-carb meals??? Are you kidding me? Low-carb meals can cause low blood pressure.
