I Live in Newport, know Seafare well, Jay a great guy, he involved in community, he helped bring Audrain's Car Museum to area, he gave his time for a one night comedy show for a local firefighter with cancer, he goes to stores, shopping on his own, he always gracious to fans, wanting selfies. I can't say enough good things about him. BTW, speaking of sports, one of the X-Games founders lives here, that why the 1st X-Games were in Newport

We use to cruise the ocean drive as teenagers in high school. It was pretty much to ourselves. As nice as Ocean Drive and Newport may be to spend time in it is too crowded for me. I like my house in the country where it's very peaceful.
Leno bought a mansion with 12 Bathrooms. What he has to also support is a platoon of Top Notch PLUMBERS just to keep 12 Bathrooms functioning in the 'Subject to Frozen Pipes' Northeastern USA.

This is a well done video but the narration is way to fast. The words all run together and the pace of it makes it next to impossible to keep up with it. Slowing it down would make it much more enjoyable.

Anyone who thinks Newport to Boston Logan is 90 minutes away has never driven it. Even with no traffic in the dead of night it's nearer 2 hours. In any normal conditions you're not going to get it done in under 3. Evidence: I lived in Johnston Rhode Island, worked in Newport and regularly went to Boston Logan.
I'm from Newport RI but lived in Gatlinburg Tennessee now ..I've heard Jay shops at the local Stop and Shop grocery store and is so incredibly nice
