As reported in the news prior to Jerry brown(no relation) taking office last.
I think I know where it went.
Then ask yourself, as the treasurer of the state, what exactly your duties every day, for 8 years?
Then, there was the $93 BILLION EDD SCANDLE, nobody talks about,
AND what happened to those people who never could pay their bills??
Well, at this point I think I know where those funds all, mostly all, went to, too.

I believe the US GOVERNMENT allowed broke calif,to launder the cartels money for the $$93 BILLION$$.

As someone who was born and raised in a red California, the younger people have no idea how safe and thriving the state was and we weren't taxed into oblivion.
I lived there for 62 years ( except while in the military) and left when I retired.
I'm voting for Trump again.
Many in California are registered democrats and will never learn.
Born and raised here since the 60’s and it has changed tremendously.
I don’t want to be you and leave my state unless I’m forced to.

I think our elections are corrupt. You know, on my last ballot, I wish I had more information on the Attorney generals and Judges. All I knew is that I didn't want Gascon. The 1980s in Los Angeles was fine and people made friends back then. Not overly restricted. I'm almost a fifth generation Californian and I couldn't be more angry. I try to look at other states and cities but nothing feels right. I want my culture back.
I think Newsom wants to run for President.

One of the few shows I always watch. I am 75 years old and am not sure if I can stay in California much longer. All my old friends have moved out of state, and even my new friends are doing the same. They all have the same reason for leaving, Corruption, Crime, Taxes, the list goes on. This state was great in the 50's thru the 80's, after it took a nose dive each year. SO SO SAD TO SEE.

I lived it.....honest to The people and mother earth.....I noticed the strange change for the worse back when it happened....must have started right around ...well not to be so obvious but right now as I think back.....9 /11 was the beginning of the end.....very recently prior to that...I remember being in my elementary school class and going home like any normal day in Sacramento....going to bed the nation had announced that AL Gore won.....when I woke up that next morning for school about 6:30 - 7.....some other person was somehow now the official LEADER OF THIS COUNTRY....AND THAT WAS INCREDIBLE TO ME AS A 10 YEAR OLD....I WAS USED TO AN EXTREMELY THOROUGH SYSTEM OF LIFE AT HOME....AT LEAST IT SEEMED SO.
AND THE PUBLIC AND BASIC TELEVISION HAD MORE RESPECT FOR THE NEXT HUMAN...TODAY IS UNBELIEVABLE.....TO RECORD OTHERS IN PAIN AND SUFFERING FOR ENTERTAINMENT

I agree - this program is of tremendous values to the citizens of California. Also, agree that most Californians assume that their elected representatives are doing the right thing for the state so they don't have to keep track of everything. But the legislature has been taken over by a set of crazies that often have their own interests at heart and don't understand how thinks work and thus the implications of their actions. They pass virtue-signalling laws backed by ideological principles in order to control the citizens, rather than serving the people by supplying what they want and need.
I’m on the train…the one that left the state. It’s the only direction. Oh, did you know that every store in Union Square in downtown SF is now shuttered, gone, boarded up….every single store, the last one to fall is Macy’s flagstaff store. It’s Armageddon in that city.

If every major city in the US had a few people like Siyamak, we will definitely see a change for the better and more common sense laws.
I lived in California ten years ago because of the military. California has so much potential to be much better than it is now. Unfortunately, people in power have focused more on what sounds good rather than what is the correct/responsible thing to do. Part of me says, "I don't have any sympathy for the people of California because they voted for the politicians that enacted the policies." But another part of me knows that there are a lot of people that are essentially trapped there. As much as we outside the state say, "Just move out," many cannot do so due to financial/family obligations.
Maybe electing people who won’t be alive for society’s collapse isn’t such a bright idea
Well though out comment. I think there are also a lot of people in California now who are easily taken in by all the Freebies the politicians dish out to get votes but which in the long run are not sustainable or even good ideas. Also, often the implications and requirements of their actions are not considered before passing laws - like no ICE vehicles after 2035 or whenever. To do that is going to require unattainable infrastructure for electricity generation and distribution. You can't pass laws that violate reality or the laws of physics.

Left my home state of California after changing my voter registration from Dem to Ind. Never received a mail in ballot and when trying to vote at Hollywood location was told I was unable to.
Same thing everywhere .. see AZ

I am a native Californian, and one of the reasons I love this show is because the guests, whether I philosophically agree with them or not, also genuinely love the state as I do, in spite of the things going wrong, and want to fix it.
Gavin Newsom and Nancy Pelosi do not speak for most of us, and we are tired of them, and their evil being the personification of our state, and people thinking that we actually voted for any of this dysfunction, because we didn't.
I guarantee you if the election system here were cleaned up. No more electronic voting machines. Just paper ballots counted by hand in one evening. Voter ID. The election results would be a lot different. We would still be the like the state we were when we passed the three strikes law, and said no to illegal aliens with Proposition 187.
You have created and developed, one of the most important information based shows on the internet: especially for Californians. We should all pay more attention to what, where, when and how things are happening in our state and your shows provide unbiased, trustworthy information. Please keep up the very good work. I have lived in CA my entire life, but did not know many of the things you have reported on or the degree to which they have become prevalent. Thank you.

California is burning. Greetings from beautiful, sunny Florida. It’s amazing here. Everything is normal. We love our Governor DeSantis, how’s Newsom doing?
I love DeSantis...Unfortunately, the property insurance is unaffordable today as well as vehicle insurance in Florida. Many people don't even have it, like my sister in Fort Myers.
The traffic is crazy...lots of fender benders. Housing is crashing...there's a lot of crime near the coastal cities, it's becoming just as dangerous as LA.
@@susanne1756 yeah there is some stuff about him, I don’t agree with his abortion policy but gotta take the bad to get the good. I’m glad he’s bullying Disney, the parks are their main profit and they basically ran a company town here( I worked at Disney for a few years).
I am born and raised in California--have never lived anywhere else and I am 69 years old. I still like it here, but I admit we have a few problems.

I'm in Canada, and what I learn from your show applies here too, since we're right alongside California in "wokeland". Our media also hides things, and says everything is just fine, but it's not. Thank you for your work. Your reality-based interviews are fascinating and a relief to watch, because it reassures me that I'm not losing my mind.
It's sad to see what's happening right now in both of our countries, but your show gives me hope that we can get back on track.

Thank you, Siyamak, for being an oasis for truth in California. So often, it seems no one cares because of the overwhelming corruption in this state. We have got to drive out the corrupt money that fuels our demise and retool it with citizens of integrity who can't be compromised at any cost.

Absolutely love what you are doing. I’m an Epoch Times subscriber for several years now. There are still a lot of people in California who love America and their families. They don’t want to flee the state. We want to make a difference in our generation!
Love this show! Ever time I think Florida has major issue this show let’s me know that we are no whereas bad as California.
Our Manteca Walmart shut down the self-checkout and looks like they are locking things up, so I will go to another city.
Californias citizens did this to themselves. I know people want to stay loyal to a political party. Anyone with common sense knows that can be a dangerous problem with the state is run by one party.
Both players are batting for the same team and simply wearing different colored jerseys. Playing the part of appearing to oppose one another. The reality is BOTH are working towards the same goals, with the same end result as the target. And they've got MOST of the plebes at each others throats arguing semantics, while they pilfer the coffers and pillage the larder. Polarization is a hell of a drug, and an even BETTER blindfold. Open ones eyes and see BEYOND what lies at surface level. The truth lies just behind the illusionary crust.

I've appreciated the view of California that the show brings forward. There is way too much power in California's state government's hands. Rather than innovation, the government overreach in California is a road sign of problems to avoid.

I'm a huge fan of this channel and have been here since 1992, but have been watching the decline for the past decade. I'm on the fence about leaving California for exactly the reasons listed here. In fact, I'm now interviewing for my first job outside of California, and looking for land to buy outside of California also.
If the state turns about and goes back to being what is was in the late 90s or even early 00s (before passing drug laws) I would consider staying.

Even tho I don't live there, I care about what happens to CA as I have amazing childhood memories and know what a special state it has been. So it's been shocking to see it implode from within where most don't seem to know what is really happening except for the uber wealthy who leave. So many blessings 💖🙏💖 of success upon ALL you wish to accomplish!

Born in Ca and want to move back there but state seems like its gone downill
California, the income may be higher, but the costs are certainly higher. The difference is regulation costs passed down. The role of government to protect and serve has morphed into tax and subdue to submission. Less government would be helpful, that alone would cut State costs = lower need for taxes. One additional pointless regulation leads to how many new government employees required to administer? Feel good “there outta be a law” is a position of taking rights of others and their freedoms.

I was born in CA in '53 and lived here most my life. Rural in far Norcal in my youth and Silicon Valley now. I recall the much better times when it was easy and fun to do (outdoor) things. Hunting, fishing, camping, enjoying the outdoors. Now it takes $$$, and 6 months pre-reservation on a non-government site just to stay at a state or federal park. F that!
I'm looking to leave the state as the Democrats have ruined it.

Until you CA folks vote red for several years, CA won't change. I lived in CA from 1961 to 2013. I never thought I'd leave. Growing up in north Orange County was amazing. Orange Groves and Avocados. In the 1990s it started downhill. I retired and left within two months. Sadly, I'll never go back to the state again.

With all do respect, citizens are not "lazy " they are burned out, saturated, overworked and distressed. California has a Spirit. Its cultivated by its Indigenous culture here. They are the heart and the beauty that corporations exploit.
I just found this channel a few weeks ago and it's very informative. I'm in the Coachella Valley and it's still one of the better communities. However, there are people trying to ruin it like Christie Holstege (woke idiot) and a few others. I had some friends move to Florida. I really don't get what everyone likes about Florida. Our weather is so much better and I really think they have a lot of crime.

Talking about news reporting by major news outlets; its opinions not limited to facts. Listen to reporters and pay attention to the adjectives and adverbs only and you will hear the slant on what you wanted to be information but now is not.

Government as a whole in this country is beyond corrupt top to bottom. The people have a constitutional duty to remove a government that is completely self-serving, and does nothing for the people, but keep them in misery and in poverty. How long do we as a people let this go?
