Thanks Audrey. It’s such a simple thing to make. I was just at a lavender farm where they sold less than a cup of flavoured sugar for 8$ a jar. It’s very easy economical and just a fun thing to make. Thanks for watching.

Can you bake the lemon and orange zest to dry it out

Hello there. Yes , you can dry it out in the oven at a very low temp or even with just the light on , overnight. However, some of those essential oils will be lost and the flavour won’t be as intense. Thanks for watching Ps. I’ve used my infused sugar to make decorative sugar cubes, they turn out so pretty. Perfect for a tea party.
