So if I want to draw comics, i take it that painter is the best choice? I'm afraid the pixels would break if I print it out. Designer is good but it's missing a lot of advanced features that illustrator on PC can offer.

Basically this tutorial or whatever you say is for the audience who use Android for their designs, But for comic prints you should go for Design but as you said it missed lots of features, You should definitely create your artwork in PC (Illustrator/PS)

@@Illumater22 the thing is I can't be on my PC all the time. I'm always on the go and the only way for me to spend time drawing is on my tablet which has an SPEN. I can't draw as nice on PC, but it has colouring features. So right now I'm still stuck in a dilemma.

So you can increase the pixels of your projects according to your prints so it can't loose it's quality, because I also have some old prints of my artwork & their is no pixels gone

I think design is best for logos and vector art, whereas painter is best for painting! I stick to painter because I prefer painting xD
