I love how smitten you are 🥰 I have two Bengal boys for the same reasons as you. Btw, that water fountain is amazing, I had mine plugged in 24/7 for 5 years. Don't waste your money endlessly buying the filters for it, just change the water more frequently. Will love an update ❤

Nothing better than kittens! Congratulations! I have two birmans, also lilac (although colourpoint, not solid obviously), and their colouring is slightly different as well. There are variations. I noticed one of yours has a warmer hue too! :)
You can clip their claws, those kitten death needles are sharp as HELL.. just make sure you don't hit the nerve obviously. Will be good for the future for them to get used to being handled like that. I'm not sure if you're planning on having them as indoor cats, but if you are, you're going to want to clip their claws pretty regularly anyway, and if you're not, it's easier for the vet to check them out if they are used to having their paws touched (as well as ears, and mouth and every other part of their body)!

They are adorable, the colour is quite unique, but I can see what you are saying about telling them apart. Love the names too, that even adds to the uniqueness. I had a shitzu named Kramer (Seineld), he was a cutie, black and white, with the with the hair on his head going every where sometimes. We just know what fits once we see them. Pets bring so much to our lives ..... Congratulations ! Looking forward to seeing their progression as well as the more trouble they may cause together as they really get even more familiar/secure with their new home and loving mom.

Eeeeeeeeee!!!!! Squealing here! They are adorable. We recently rescued 2 brothers from a person on FB looking for homes for a litter. We went for a black fluffy one and got him and his stripey tailed brother.
They were living beside a lane with water moccasins and gators and coyotes among other critters. Lol. They are so much fun. We hadn’t had babies in 14 years and have had to baby proof things.

The boys are ADORABLE! it's so funny to hear you talk about the heat, I live in Florida and have an American Shorthair and his favorite place is outside on our screened in back porch, sleeping on his outdoor cat tree lol it drops below like 65F here and I have to put a heating pad on for him 🤦

They are gorgeous! I’m so glad you got two, I feel like cats definitely need a cat buddy or they get bored and depressed. Plus, they entertain each other so they will be less destructive and less prone to driving you (and older cats)nuts with the kitten energy. Our last kitten adoption was a pair of littermate brothers and I’m so glad we did it that way!
You now have a new viewer. My boy cat Geralt the Grey of Jersey City. He sat watching the kittens and meowing at them. I wish I could post a picture for you to see. He had his whole attention on you, Billy and Teddy. It was the most attention he ever paid to anything

I love your plant content; I've learned a lot and will keep watching for that. I'm also happy that you found your fur babies, they are very cute. But I wish you wouldn't put so much emphasis on breed... mixed breeds can be just as affectionate and easy to train. It would have been nice if you at least mentioned that adoption is a great option for becoming a pet owner and maybe you'll consider it next time.
For those who are gonna come for me or want to know more: My beautiful 10 year old Maine coon mix sat traumatized in shelters for 5 years. They all said he was too difficult and/or scary because he's very big, was older and black (yes, people still get superstitious). But he is an amazing boy who sits on command, walks on a leash, comes to the door for pets whenever you or someone else comes home, and is a favourite at my vet clinic because he is so beautiful, affectionate and gentle. He also adores my younger dog. You don't have to pick the first cat you meet, you can work with the shelter to find the one(s) with the right temperament and personality to suit your life.

Oh how sweet!! Don’t worry about them being warm, cats are generally comfortable at a warmer temperature than we are. Mine will happily lay in the sun outside in a warm summer day and try to sleep right in top of the forced air furnace vent in the winter 🤦♀️

Billy and Teddy are gorgeous! To be honest I wouldn't have gotten the clues of their names. Never seen Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. My boy kitty, Dante was transfixed watching your boys playing! He is housemates with his birth mother and they do not get along well. I think k he would love a best buddy. Lovely kittens. We've got 12 cats - adopted two lots of 4 kittens last year. Until the age of 10 months, we fed them at least 3 times a day as they need feeding 3-4 times while they grow. Katkin is fantastic, so is Untamed.
Another tip is make sure they're microchipped and insured (eg FIP).
Enjoy them. I agree two cats or no cats. Hence 12 😂
Absolutely adorable! I'd love to have pets myself, but I don't have the space in my apartment. Until then, I help myself with visiting shelters and taking dogs for a walk there :)

You are going to love it more and more with time!! We got our babies (brother and sister calicos) at the start of COVID and they are the absolute best.
Wanted or unwanted advice: (I have so much more but these are what I’ve personally found are important)
The cat fountain is the best investment because cats are carnivorous and tend to not drink enough water, they are super attracted to running water. So it helps to get their full of moisture.
Wet food is a MUST. We’ve done just dry food feedings at certain times and two wet feedings per day + dry food available at all times. I find the second way is the best because they have a more regular digestive system, it helps with their moisture retention and it’s apparently much better for them than dry food alone.
Lastly, because you have boys, the other two suggestions tie into this. Make sure you have a vet that offers emergency services. Male cats commonly have urinary tract issues. Moisture is a main component to stop this, as well as, urinary focused foods. It’s a condition that is very serious and can go zero to 100 in a blink. We almost lost our boy to this, we were hours from loosing him. It took just three days to get to that point. Thank god for our amazing Er vet.

Adorable boys...Brit's are a unique breed. I've previously had a Blue Brit girl....& now we have a Chocolate Brit, Golden Black ticked Brit and 2 American shorthairs. They tend to like to sit on your lap when they're kittens but as they get older they prefer to sit near u. Great choice of breed ❤😊

They're adorable! I have a six year old DSH (domestic shorthair, aka my ginger menace) and a six year old cavalier king charles spaniel. They're roughly the same height because my cat is pretty much all legs, and they play together a couple times a day. And, I'm sorry to tell you that last night they woke me up while wrestling beside my bed at 2:45am. So, that doesn't really go away with age -- even when his sister is a dog that is usually asleep at night. Just so you're aware lol.

I have noticed my two kittens who are rex, siberean are also very 'well' behaved, don't attack feet, scratch anything they shouldn't etc so I think the behaviour is from having two to razz on rather then trying to play with anything they can find.
Babies are so good for our mental health❤
