The third week of the war in Russia and Ukraine has passed.
More than 10 million refugees have fled their homeland in Ukraine, and more than 3.5 million have become international refugees across neighboring borders.
More than 50% of refugees are children and women, and men between the ages of 18 and 60 are under military order.
As a result, men often take their family to the border and then return to their homeland.

많은 사람들이 기차를 이용하고, 버스 승용차를 타고 피난을 갑니다. 또 어떤이는 영하의 날시에 수백 km를 걸어서 국경선까지 갑니다.
기차도 안전을 확보 할 수 없는 상황입니다.많은 사람이 몰리다보니 통제가 어렵고, 서로 먼저 탑승하려고 하다보니 사고도 발생할 수 있습니다.
또 공습문제도 발생할 수 있습니다.
많은 사람들이 모여서 피난생활을 하므로 코로나 감염이 우려되고, 마스크 없이 활동을 하는 사람들이 대부분 입니다.
위생품 식료품 부족 그리고 밤에는 기온이 더 떨어지므로 체온을 유지하기 어렵고 고통스럽습니다.이렇게해서 국경을 건너면 거주 문제가 발생하고, 인신매매 성범죄 등 발생할 수 있으므로 아주 조심을 해야합니다.
