Hello! Thank you for the video it was very helpful. I think they are pretty similar in quality. But I have a question. I want to buy the yealink but there are two different types: the mono and the dual. What is the difference and which one did you test in this video?
Hi Yaz Garcia! Thanks for watching and supporting our channel! The difference between mono and dual is the number of speakers. Mono = single headset speaker, and dual = two headset speakers. I use the UH34 Dual Ear model. Which model will depend on your headset-wearing preferences. Do you prefer having one or both ears covered? They are also available in UC and Teams Certified models. Teams certified models include a dedicated Teams button. www.calloneonline.com/product-family/Yealink-UH3X-Series

Hey, I watched your video and ordered Yealink UH 34 dual headset BUT the mic is NOT cancelling background noise. Is there any adjustments I need to make or what's happening?
What's up, EVA! Can you please share if you downloaded Yealink USB Connect and ensured the software and headset firmware is up to date? www.yealink.com/en/product-detail/usb-connect-management And please share your current setup and what voice, video, collaboration applications and platforms you are using. i.e. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, RingCentral, etc. I don't do anything special. I approach each device I demonstrate as if I were an everyday end-user. I unbox, download software, connect, make sure everything is up to date, I select the headset as my audio output/input source via Sound Settings and then I record using Windows Camera app.
Thanks for the comparison Danny. Both very decent headsets for this level of budget. Personally, I do prefer the mic sound of the Jabra. Sounds more natural. Yealink sounded like it was boosted or something. Anyway, you can't go wrong with either of these.
