Did anyone get too close to those power lines, or is this just the foreshortening effect of a zoom lens? They look very dangerous in these clips.

Does anyone know if you need better eyes to be a private helicopter pilot than to have a license to drive an automobile...I ask because I have to where corrective lenses all my life...I also had a detached retina many years ago and that eye is 20 percent worst even with glasses...I past eye test to drive my car though...just want to know the facts...before I decide to get helicopter training...thanks

third class will get you a private helicopter license.

Brent Those are the single seat Mosquito Helicopters. You can have one for around $40,000
They're the Composite FX Mosquitos. They're also making a two seat version called the Swift, which is still in testing if I'm not mistaken.
