Be very careful with tweaking MSConfig it can easily break your system, I once opened MSConfig I didn't make any changes but it crashed my system and the Bios needed resetting

I've messed with both before and tweaking tools can and will lower the maximum memory if these are anabled and you're not careful.

That's for debugging and development purposes. It cannot possibly speed anything up. Windows already has default all hardware in use.

I've seen some videos that may prove to speed up pc, and those techies made these videos about how to speed up pc, and I don't know why they're doing this on their RUclips channel, so I trust them.

All "speed up your pc" or "get more FPS" videos are scams. If you trust them then I have a bridge I'd be happy to sell you :) The advice they give not only doesn't work it may in fact break the OS entirely. And almost all of those videos feature a program that's supposed to help you but in fact will do the opposite, while earning the youtuber a nice commission so just skip all that BS stuff. The only useful thing you can do is disable startup tasks you don't need (like onedrive, teams, etc). The only other option is buy faster hardware. There's no middle ground, you have what you have, if it's not fast enough then it's time to upgrade.
Ohh and the msconfig core setting is actually for ppl that want to simulate a lower end chip without having to actually change the CPU (eg you could limit an 8 core CPU to mimic the performance of a 6 core CPU).

To prevent this, if Windows uses 6 processes, this means using 6 dictionary cores. Please explain, thank you.

This "optimization guide" is a scam. Many tech savy on RUclips always recommend this to get more fps in games where this is not true at all. They don't even know what they're doing. Once you do this, goodluck getting your desktop baxk as you will get bootloop at startup. And then complaining it dozen work. 🤣
